04 GT3 engine slow to turn over

Hey Guys,

I noticed a couple of times last summer and today (3rd start of the day) that the engine has to turn over 10 or 12 times for it to actually start.

I'm bringing the car in for the service i do every year when i take it out of storage, will change the oil, and i think i'll have them replace the fuel filter, and the park plugs as well. I had the plugs replaced last year but just to be sure.

Does that sound like a reasonable first step for this problem?

It did take a while for the car to start after i took it out of storage, and when it did fire up there was a 15 seconds or so of blue smoke coming out of the back, but I assume that isn't terrible bad given it had sit for a long freakin time (since Late november).
