Help with under-dash wiring harness. Anybody got there dashboard out?

Recommended Posts

I just need to know where this connector goes(*should be a photo, but first post on here.) I cant find anything, I had the dash all bolted in, couldn't remember where it goes, removed dash and support frame again, searched forever. I have no idea what this plugs in to. Its coming from the harness right below a clip on ziptie that attaches the the radio surround frame. I just need a picture or something. Any help other that " you should have labeled things" would be much appreciated. I have no issues with anything else I've combed through all the wires. I'm about to just give up and put everything together to find out what doesn't work.

I was thinking about the unused phone plug which is normally loose behind the center console and went to check on my car and it got 5 wires.... Cannot see this plug without removing anything, sorry....

Definitely the center console aux power supply used by many to supply power connections for aftermarket stereos and the like.  So in your case, It doesn't go to anything.

Should be 4 wires with one being a ground, one switched power and one constant power.  Its the same type of plug connection used in the North America stock Boxster rear speaker kits.
