P21S Windshield Washer Booster

I just refilled my washer reservoir with the P21S booster solution. I understand that this is the factory fill. The recommended dilution for warm climates is 1-1.5 aliquots of the booster per 1.0 gallon of H2O.

What are you guys in colder climates using for dilution (to prevent freezing)? I don't think the booster alone with H2O is enough to prevent freezing in colder climates.

The reason I ask is that I have had some poor experiences with "off the shelf" windshield washer fluids with respect to paint damage and marring on other cars. The fluids have left spray streaks on my cars... so, I definitely wish to protect the p-car paint.

The bottle also says that the booster can be added to conventional washer fluids. So, which paint-safe brands are you guys using?
