My 2005 C2 101400mi Durametric Engine sample data

Recommended Posts

I'm just laying out my car's health here, via Durametric samples. I intend to use the data for future troubleshooting but I thought I'd share it here as well.

The data captured was in idle, closed loop. I took pictures rather than collected data since the Durametric software was hard to work with (I need more time with it).

In general, about my car:

I change oil every year in the spring, 1 or 2 metal flakes if I look very hard at the filter, used oil viscosity looks good with slight darkness (I'll start saving samples for future analysis) .

No mods except for Borla exhausts.

Oil consumption is not excessive. Oil level is at the middle-low about 1/2 through the year (since last maint- not sure if I filled it to mid).
Exhaust are barely sooty, look the same left and right.
The starter occasionally sticks ( i thought it was the tension pulleys that I replaced), maybe one "squeel" every 2 months. Not ready for replacement.
Spark plugs changed every 2-3 oil changes, no one plug looks different, all with seemingly normal sootyness.
