Convert PCM 3.1 from US to EU frequencies?

Hi there,

I imported my 991.1 with the PCM 3.1 from the US to EU.

Everything went well, navigation maps were updated to EU maps, language changed to German, etc.

The only thing that's not working properly are the FM radio frequencies ... it still seems to be set to US frequencies (only uneven frequencies steps):

 


Is there a possibility to change this somehow e.g. via OBD2 ?
Or does someone have the exact fields in PIWIS to be re-coded?
