Ordering new RUF 18" Wheels for 1999 C4

I am ordering the 18" RUF Wheels for my 1999 C4 Manual with ROW M030 suspension.

I have 5mm spacers all round on my Turbo Look 1 wheels but tires still not stick out enough. Hence a new set of wheels and spacers.

RUF Spec:

8.5 x 18 offset = 58mm

10 x 18 offset = 66mm

all 4 wheels come with 7mm spacers.

What I want to do is to have all 4 tires on the same plane to the edge of the wheel arch. I am just a bit worried that the 7mm spacers are not thick enough to give the sporty look I want. What spacers should I use? If someone has done this before or good at maths please help.
