  1. Did you use the procedure in the Lost Radio Code FAQ to get your serial number? If not, then please read that and follow the procedure and re-post the correct serial number here. It worked great. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Dave
  2. Yes, I used the procedure outlined in your posting. The serial number displayed on the face of the radio is the same as that in the photo of the label on the side of the radio that I attached above. Serial is W5011227 Thanks, Dave
