    help, My car seems to have developed a bad habit..... if i thrash it and i mean really thrash it (i.e. track session or major blast up the back roads ) when the car is left to stand iget a large cloud of white smoke on restart :o I get no smoke whilst driving. No smoke on cold start. No smoke at all - unless the last run the car was on was absolutly flat out for a decent period? I assume this isnt normal but equally the symptons dont seem to indicate either piston rings or valve stem seals which would have been my first suspicions? The car has only used 1/2 a litre of oil in the last 8000 miles? It uses no water?

    i only ever use 98 optimax... just that a couple of other uk owners are adamant they get 22-23 round town and 29-30 on the motorway....? i must be a lead foot...

    c2 cab with HR springs I had this creek before we put the springs on.... only does it when hot... not when cold? soulds like it comes from lower ball joint? we regreased top mount bearing when we did the springs? any ideas? thanks in advance.....

    My C2 Cab Tip with GT3 bypass pipes and induction kit (EvoMS) seems to be very poor on economy.... around town i am getting 19mpg and even on a long run I am only gettting 27mpg? is this normal or some function of the mods? when i test drove it I got 33+ on a longer run. What do the rest of you get?

    do the figures apply to any particular suspension set up? just wondered as I assume the amount of air going under the car is different if lowered???

    I thought the N rating was a porsche specific thing? meaning thr tyres had been submitted to porsche for approval for fitment to their cars? With the number after the N being the number of sucessive generations/approvals given by porsche to that tyre....? or is my local tyre guy telling me lies?

    my local Porsche centre quoted me just £35 ($65) each for the rear speakers for my cab. Fronts are a 4" and tweet the rears are just 4". I am going to make my own grills up for the rear and fit 5" as for the dash top, im not sure what the mounting depth is so will have to investigate further. Anyone done a bass box for the cab?
