  1. The MAF sensor does not pull off. Does one have to pinch in the little winglets on its sides or push outwards on them to get it to release? Thanks for your help.
  2. Thanks for the info. How does one get the latch holding the filter in off.
  3. I would appreciate DIY instructions for replacing the cabin air filter.
  4. Thanks for the info, but where I would expect to see the single bolt holding the air filter housing,(similar to my previous 996), there is a rubber washer fitted over a hollow post, but no evidence of a screw or bolt. Does this need to be removed? Thanks for your help.
  5. This does not look like the housing on my 2007 997. There are no visible screws. Could they be accessible from the underside of the car?
  6. I am looking for a description with illustrations or photos on replacing the air filter of the 997-1.
  7. This is an excellent guide, but I have a 2007 997-2 and there are no eight screws present to remove the air filter housing. Do you have a similar guide for replacing the filter on the 2007 997-2?
  8. Looking for detailed instructions for changing the air filter of the997-2 with illustrations if available.
  9. I would like a tutorial on replacing the air filter on my 2007 997. It looks different than the steps in changing the 996 filter.
