  1. Once a Trekkie always a Trekkie hey kabel :P
  2. Have you considered one of these instead of a multi-changer. Ice link Lots of people use them to connect an IPod's but you can also just use a USB memory stick, I have an 8GB stick plugged into mine with over 40 albums on there.
  3. Its not peeling its actually cracked on both sides from the fixing points up along the leading edge of the spoiler, its as if the down force is to much for it and its breaking up. The fit is fine but not as neat as on the Cayman.
  4. I have been recommended this:- Motul RBF600. Seems to have one of the highest boiling points.
  5. I'm in the UK and I have a Carbon fibre rear spoiler that was imported from the states, has anybody else got one? Mine is starting to break up and I was wondering if this has happened to anybody else, I can have it repaired but will need painting afterward, I don't want to bother if its just going to break up again.
  6. Did you get your spring replaced? I'm selling a set of 2003 Boxster shocks, springs and Anti-roll bar for £100 if you interested. Tony (UK)
  7. Well the M030 kit consists of 4 shocks 4 springs 2 anti-roll(sway) bars and 4 bushes. So you would be replacing the full suspension for roughly the price of the 4 bilstein shocks?
  8. Price up the full M030 suspension kit which consists of shocks, springs, anti-roll bars with bushes. The kit was the equivalent of buying 2 front shocks separately (around 670Euro).
  9. My 2003 Boxster came with a PCM2 unit and dash speakers powered straight from the headunit as there's no Amp. I've added extra door speakers and plugged them into the rear speaker outputs on the PCM unit, they work but I have no front and rear fader function on the PCM unit, it just has balance left/right on the display. I have just taken the car to my local Indy and we spent an hour with the Bosche/Porsche diagnostic unit looking through the menus trying to find how to enable the front/rear fade. Has anybody done this? :help:
  10. My Boxster failed its MOT so I drove the 50 miles to my local specialist to have it checked out. It was tested the moment I arrived and the readings were perfect! We put it down to that the cats were not at full working temperature when the vehicle was first checked. In future I will take my cars for a 'spirited drive' before Mot's!!
  11. Diameter's and thickness here :-Discs Sorry no hat sizes. :king:
  12. Anybody know what to torque the 7mm headed bolts up to on the bleed valve, mine are pretty loose and I'm getting condensation in the boot. It maybe just the cap so I've ordered a new one. This is not my actual car by the way so I'm not getting the discharge as in the picture.
