  1. The tank filling problem is attributed to a "venting" issue. As you fill the tank with a fluid, gasses must be displaced from the tank to allow the fluid to enter the tank. If for some reason one of the tank vents or the carbon canister is plugged or any vent line line restricted, the fuel volume from the fuel filling station will stop. Check all the venting lines and the carbon canister for restrictions. Since you did some work to the engine and likely had the battery disconnected, you need to readapt the throttle body. On the last Cayenne that I replaced the cooling lines under the intake, I used the Ross-Tech VCDS to adapt the throttle body in: Basic settings 060 Key On Engine Off (throttle at rest) and at 063 Key On Engine Off (at wide open throttle)
