    I use PS2's as well. My rears lasted 17k and my fronts are still good at 24k. They will probably last until 30k. Great tire (handling, wear, looks, etc.)

    I have a 03 and no complaints from me. My only problem was a bad amp that was replaced under warranty. I just hope the prices don't drop too much. I would buy it again.

    Can I mix Pentosin coolant with the original Porsche coolant?

    This must be a common problem because my intermittant wipers did not work either. I replaced the relay and all is fine now. I have this question. Why would a relay fail considering it is used infrequently?

    Loren - great instructions again. Please add another step to your procedure. - Don't forget to replace the plastic screen in the reservoir when finished.

    MY03 C2 - My car show no miles when I fill up and I usually put in 15.5 gallans each time. I get around 23-25mpg on a tank of gas (or about 350miles - OBC)

    Where can I buy all of the different types of fluids for my 2003 C2? - such as transmission oil, power steering, brake fluid, Mobil1, etc. I live in Houston so does anyone know of a good place nearby?

    Does anyone change the oil filter inbetween oil changes to help filter out more contaminants and to prolong the oil life? Like do it at 5k, 10k, etc. intervals.

    2003 C2 - 18k miles Only problems was a bad amp. & both idler pulleys replaced under warranty. I replaced the battery, but other than that no problems. New rear tires at 17k. I just started to drive it daily to work so the miles will increase dramatically. No leaks, no scuffs, immaculate car.

    What is the proper time to upshift & downshift a 996? I have heard different opinions from 2k rpms to 4k rpms. I want a mixture of good gas mileage, clutch life, and as little wear & tear on the engine. Any suggestions?

    Around 3K with $50.00 deductible but is wavered if work is accomplished at dealer and free car rental anywhere. Every dealer is different. Where are you finding an extended warranty for that price? In Houston, the two dealers offered around $2k for a 3 year - 60k warranty. If you are getting that price tell me the Dealer.

    I have heard the RE050A is not recommended & is too heavy.
