    You are ready to install a new hand brake lever.

    Check if the window lowers approx. 1.5 cm. when the door handle is activated (inside and outside ) to open the door. The upper edge of the window have to be completely free of the soft top.

    Most often is a bad regulator, located in the fan housing area at the back of the glove box and easy to replace. If you got the chance swap him with an other one to check it out.

    If your car is a 987/997 let check on fault codes, big chance that one fan is out.

    Double honk means: alarm system faulty. Let check for fault codes, it is to complicated for guessing.

    Shiftlock cable needs to be adjusted.

    Let the dealer check the DME program and modify if necessary.

    Are you sure about the smoke color? Blueish ( oil ) can happen after a track run.

    I should check the fuses/connectors and wiring first and than dismantling the engine, a guess is still a guess.

    Small update Loren, it is interesting to know on which country code the car is announced in the rear, combi instrument and DME control boxes. In the rear and combi instrument boxes are a lot of country's available. The DME works with characters, for example: Euro 4 A or B, ( Columbia got C ) the different characters are related with fuel quality between nord, middle and south Europe. At this point of view it is possible that the service interval is different and in this case changeable. Regards.

    I'm not sure about that Loren, but if you go in to the PIWIS menu "combi instrument" / "coding" / "service interval" the tester ask for the MY of the car, perhaps there is something to fix in there, i try to check it out when i have the chance.

    Do as ventuje sugest, but replace "little pressure" by big pressure and replace the cover ( the clips break off )

    There is no trick, buy a new clip, apply a thin coat of silicon grease to the surfaces, insert the conector, install the clip, indeed very brittle.

    It is a 3.4 litre. ( variable valve lifting - 987/987C )

    Replace the lock/latch mechanism inside the door and everything will work fine.

    I think nc35 is a Cayenne owner, the Cayenne PCM is different the software as well, so be careful with this you can destroy the unit and NO warranty. Let it to the dealer.

    The service interval can be reset with PIWIS, you can even cancel the display service announcement. As White987S mentioned a yearly oil change does no harm.

    Looks like the car is suffering with a invalid fuel pump.

    It looks rather the oil filler tube who's leaking, just my opinion.

    There is no need for a alignment after changing the lower control arm ( item 8 ), the replacement itself is piece of cake.

    Probably loose nut under the round arm cover, take a look and tight the nut with the wipers in off position and the key out of the ignition for security reasons.

    In fact European V6 use Volkswagen/Audi/Seat/Skoda spark plugs, no manufacturer is showing.

    Let check the tiptronic fault codes to start with.

    If the result is the same while using the inside handle, the lock/latch ( with build in switch ) in the door is faulty.

    Under the black plastic trim RH in front of the interior filter near the battery.
