  1. I couldn't find any DIY or "how to" so I decided to take some pics of my process for anyone considering it for their Cayenne or Cayenne S. It took me about 1 hour from start to finish. I bought my tips from eBay and my rear valance from Sunset Porsche. Tools you'll need: - Torx screw set (20 & 25) - Philips screwdriver - Socket set (5/8" deep socket) - Jig saw or hack saw - WD-40 or similar lubricant 1. Start by removing the 3 torx screws by the rear fender 2. Pry the fender cover open and there's a screw holding the lower valance and fender 3. Work your way under the rear valance and remove the 4 torx screws underneath. 4. Carefully pull the lower valance from the bumper. 5. After removing the lower valance, remove the clamp holding the exhaust tip. I used WD-40 to lubricate the housing so it could come off easier. 6. Install the new tips and tighten 7. When installing the new valance, it wouldn't fit around my tow hitch. 8. I measured from my old valance and used a jig saw to cut. After that, installed the valance and I was finished. Before: After:
