  1. I grounded my amp to the post with the bolt head at the very bottom of the trunk where the original bose amp was bolted to the floor. I rank a 4awg firewall grommet for the amp so that its theres is nothing "signal" related within within 4 inches. In term sof wire routing - After several tries I did the following: Ran RCA using a fish tape straight through the firewall grommet behind the battery. - its important that these wires do not drop down in the dash. - if you look closely in the drivers side near the center console by your gas pedal...you will see a shiny black cable that is wired tied to the console. (This is actually a mains power line) its seems to be the problem most people have - anything with a signal that its close to this will pick up noise... Those wires then come stright forward and make a turn and are routed in front of the battery, they then go towards the passenger fender and through the existing wire loom using a hole that you have to make above the other wires installed in it. As for the head unit - it is hot wired to the battery directly and grounded there as well. The ignition wire is tapped for turn on/off when the key is inserted. I used power line filters on the head unit positive and ignition. The hot and ground wirews from the head unit go through the grommet closest to the drivers door. If you look under your dash on the drivers side you can see where that grommet runs existing wires. Its up on the firewall behind the fuse panel and clutch. Good luck
  2. I have probably only compiled 250 miles since EP install. It's winter up hear with lots of salt and crap on the roads, so I have elected not to drive it much. Overall, I am very pleased with the results so far. I have a high flow BMC air filter which I plan to install soon and this will only enhance the performance effect. I will be re-dynoing the car with the EP in March or April on the same dyno I used for the stock run. At that point I will be able to better quantify the performance gain. So far the car seems more immediate when reacting to throttle changes and I love the deeper sound the car has. $4,000 is alot granted, but it has really enhanced the driving experience thus far and I have no regrets on the money spent. Take care, Christian Is it true that Europipe has no done in the 2,000 to 3,000 rpm zone? I have one coming soon and would really like to know before I do the work.,..
  3. Are there any updates to this work considering I would like to do it while I am installing a new exhaust system? Not sure if i am able to go after it through different steps when the exhaust system is removed? Thank you
