  1. I found one for an Alpine W203. It is a black background and has the colored Porsche emblem in the bottom third which shows through fine (below the text when listening to the radio/CD/ipod. I found four .apns although I can't remember which is the Porsche emblem. I attempted to attach the .apns with this posting but it will not allow me to upload them so send me a PM and I'll email them to you.You will have to put all four on a disc and load onto your Alpine, I seem to recall that you can only have one loaded at a time. Regards, Doug
  2. I'm trying to narrow down a creaking noise in the dash area. I would like to remove the instrument cluster and take the car out for a test drive to see if the cluster is the source of the creaks. Will the car start w/o the instrument cluster? 2000 996. thanks, Doug
  3. Hmmm - I guess the re-paint will have to wait until I have another reason to remove the seat. Thanks for the feedback!
  4. I've been trying to loosen the three allen head bolts holding the sill in place. I removed the plastic caps, and pulled the carper out of the way so I can at least see what appears to be the forward allen head bolt. How in the world can I tell if I have the allen wrench on the forward bolt? Also how were you able to get to the middle and rear bolts as I can't even see them thorugh the holes in the sill since there is no room between the seat and the sill. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
