  1. This is a limitation of the stock AOS on the track. For some reason, on the exit of left handers, when you stand on the throttle, it sucks in the oil. The Porsche Motorsports AOS will solve it. You must be pretty experienced on the track. Haven't seen it happen except with drivers that have some experience and skill. Many thanks Eric, tomorrow i will buy the motorsport AOS!!!! next month i will test on this track again and i'll report this is the video of my last trackday, the last corner before the start/finish line is where i occur the problem in previous lap.
  2. Hello Eric, yes i've installed the BK deep sump, i also add a spacer for pick up the tube down as well as the sump. in the photo you can see what happen during this left hard corner (it occur when i run over 100km/h at the end of the corner, consider that i use Toyo R888 and bilstein PSS9), the motor lose power and a lot of smoke for some seconds fortunately with no damage. It happens only in this corner and in this circuit, in other circuits i've never occured in this, but this is my preferred circuit and i really like to solve this problem.
  3. Hello Eric, i have the same problem, do you have solved it whit this upgrade?
  4. I use a G-force 5 point harness in my 986S track car with Sparco seats and HANS device. I see a lot of G force at the track. They are reputable. I've been happy with it. Hello Eric, i see that you run on track, do you have starvation problems? i've installed the deep sump kit but i didn't solve the problem
  5. Hello, i also need to replace the 986 3104307 on my boxster S, but first to buy the original parts i've found these on ebay Visit My Website Visit My Website anyone have experience whit these arms? as always any help is greatly appreciated
  6. I'm wondering if you ever figured this out. It does sound to me like an oil mist separator. You said you checked it out. For me, the way I confirmed this issue with my track-dedicated '04 986S was to see the inside of the intake. However, I experienced it everytime I pushed hard through the same left hander - so I had more oil visible in the intake - if you've only had it once, you may not have as much to see. Your symptoms match an overwhelmed separator - the CEL and sluggishness is caused by the oil temporarily fouling the plugs. If you do a code read, I bet you will see a misfire in cylinder 5 and 6. I've had this exact same problem on the track, as has a buddy of mine with an identical 986. Both of us are upgrading to the PMNA separator. Mine was delivered last week. It is about twice the size of the stock one. Hope to install before my next trip to Barber in Sept, which is one of the tracks where I get this issue. two month ago i run again in the circuit (mugello) and also have experienced the same problem always in the same left corner, please can you tell me the part number of the PMNA separator, i also like to install it
  7. Hello Ninja, i feel to suggest to you denso iridium power plug, i'm using on my 03 boxster and i've experience better mileage and more torque
  8. i've search on internet about this problem and i've found this product, http://www.bkauto.com/porsche/instructions/R9095.pdf it seems to be a good solution
  9. Hello everyone, i like to run in trackdays with my boxster s my03, but last week for three times in the same corner, a left curve that i run in third gear with full open gas, for some seconds i can feel no power on my engine and i can see a lot of white smoke on the rear, also the engine check light on. When i close the gas the smoke ends, check engine light off and the engine start to work normally. after these three laps where i have the problem, all going well and i've finished the track session without problems. Anyone has experienced this problem or have idea of what can be the cause? Thanks a lot
