what ???
for the tiptronic you should put ATF ! or i made a big mistake ? and for the diff 75w90...
-

I can't find Mobil Mobilube PTX (75W-90) online at all my usual dealers. Anyone have a source or link they could provide.
i have the same problem ! :(
-
another guy with the same problem !
-
from here, between the gearbox and the transfer case !
-
There is no oil in the Tiptronic transmission only ATF (red and lighter than motor oil).
So, if you have oil on the floor it is not from the transmission.
i spoke with the guys and they said that is ATF ! :(
-
from where ?? is from the transfer, the pictures is showing the transfer case and the gearbox, and the leaking is between the 2
-
Is the leak ATF or oil?
oil :(
-
MY2002 Turbo with Tiptronic.
I suggest you find a good Porsche shop that can confirm where the leak is coming from before spending nay money.
Have you contacted in transmission rebuilding shops in your area?
They might have parts.
The transmission will need to come out for the fix and be partially disassembled - it might end up less expensive to but a Porsche rebuilt transmission.
the porsche dealer said to me something else and when i went to a friend service they saw that is coming form another part !
in my area there are non transmission rebuilding shops ! :(
my friends from the service don't what to "open" the gearbox because they don't have the scheme of the tranny

is there someone how can make SEALS ?
Take a look at these:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Porsche-911...sspagenameZWDVW
not good :( but thank you very much !
You might try vertexauto.com. They have rebuilt transmissions so I would assume parts. I am in a similar situation in that I was told if the torque converter seal goes, the input shaft bearing is possibly siezed which would require a new transmission. I will find out today.
any updates ?

Are you sure that the gearbox is leaking at the rear side? This is uncommon. Arrow 2 is a paper seal ( special paper ) that you can create by your self if not available, some older mechanics and classic car enthusiast can do that easily. Arrow 1 are snap rings not seals.
i know that i can make this seal but porsche romania will not make this and they don't what to repair it ONLY change the gearbox !!! the snap ring i know that are not seals but they don't have code number and i can not order them !

i understand that this is the torque converter or something like this
