  1. Thank you. I have tried at least 50 key turns. Not once did it turn over. Also, I do hear what sounds like a click of the microswitch when I depress the clutch
  2. Please help! I have a 1999 Porsche 996 C-2 Coupe. It has just over 100,000 miles. When I try to start the car, it does not start. I have tracked back to the starter. I am getting current, but I do not get 12v to the solenoid when I turn the key. I hear the fuel pump prime. All the dash warning lights come on. All electrical work properly, but the starter will not turn and the engine will not fire. I have checked EVERY SINGLE fuse. I even tested with meter for continuity (sometimes a fuse will not look broken even when it is). I also checked and cleaned the ground strap on the passenger side of
  3. I just bought a 1990 944 S2. It has an original Porsche CD-2 stereo, but I believe I need the code to make the stereo work. I removed the stereo to look for a code somewhere on the mounting bracket in the dash.....no luck. The stereo has a sticker on top that says "remanufacture unit". Is there any way for me to get the reset code? It would still be tied to the VIN, wouldn't it? Car VIN: WP0CB294XLN480886 Stereo S/N: PO CD-2 W 09 10272 Then it has another set of numbers beneath it B 8 09 10272 Thanks in advance for any advice you can offer. Regards, Ian Rainey 678-362-7453
