    I have an 05 Cayenne S with 31k miles and my brakes are starting to squeak...is there supossed to be a light on my dash that will come on when I need new breaks? is not what the sensor is for? should I wait until the said light comes on to change my break pads and rotors? and lastly, can I just change the pads or do I need to change the rotors as well?     I replaced a bad window regulator on the passanger door; now the airbag light is ON...I know that the only way to get it reset will be with a Durametric tool but how much will the dealership charge for something like this...I tried to save money by doing the work myslef and now I'm going to have to pay the dealer to reset the airbag light... Thank you

    I have a different problem: I have the card with the Serial# and Code# but the code does not work for some reason... Type 4462 Serial W5008491 Code 8753 Maybe I can get it to work with a different code...can someone give me a hand this his issue? Thank you

    Does anyone know what kind of differential fluid I need to put in my 05 Cayenne S; I drained it by mistake, long story, now I need to refill it. The dealer said I need three liters at $78/liter; but they did not tell me what brand or weight it is... I just called the local Autozone and they told me that I need "85w-140" differential oil for about $6/quart...why is the dealer's price so much more? is it an special differential oil? or just a huge markup? Thank you.

    Ok, I found the second plug but I still don't know what kind of oil I drained by removing the wrong plug, here is a pic of the location. About a quart of some smelly dark greenish almost gray oil came out of this drain.

    The "other" drain plug that I removed did not have a metal washer seal but a rubber round seal plus the interior dimension was smaller than the motor oil drain plug although I removed it with an 8mm socket wrench...

    HELP PLEASE...I followed the steps below BUT the only second 8mm plug that I found did not have motor oil! when I removed it, some smelly green hue oil drained from it, I'm sure it is nit motor oil...does anyone know what kind of oil might have been in that receptacle as I will have to replace it...also, where is the second 8mm drain plug? I could not find it anywhere... Here is a picture of the drain plug I wasn't supposed to have removed. Thank you 1- Remove the front plastic under panels (about 7 screws) 2- Now you can remove the rear plactic under panel (about 4 screws) 3- With a 8mm socket wrench unscrew and drain both plugs, clean, and put plugs back in 4- Undo Oil filter housing and discard old filter 5- Install new Oil Filter housing with new filter 6- Re-install rear and then front plastic panels back 7- Fill with 9 quarts of 0-40 Mobil 1
