  1. Hello Sorry I wss excited.... we got into the bonnet from underneath the car...and then through the carpets... We had not been successful trying the red fuse in the footwell and had not been able to locate the emergency manual release cable under the wheel arch. Once we were in we found out that it had not been pushed through. Engine won't start though even after it's been on charge over night... Mel
  2. OK We're in!!! Not with the red fuse, nor with the cable bit from underneath! Cable not pushed through..!!! Mel
  3. Hello Boxsternaut Yes we've tried all that with no success. Would you know the exact whereabouts of the manual cable which is supposed to be able to pop the bonnet - somewhere under the wheel arch ??!??
  4. Hi I have recently bought a Boxster S 07 but has a flat battery and cannot open the bonnet. Tried all usual methods stated with the booster pack on Fuse 3 without success. Have been told that there is a manual release cable under the near-side wheel arch. Is this true as cannot locate it? If it exists does anyone know exac :help: tly where I can find it? Thanks. :help:
