    2001 Boxster Triple Black Edition
  1. I purchased all the necessary parts from Sunset to do the OBC hack using the four-stalk cluster on my 2001 Boxster base model. It has been awhile since I ordered the parts. Now that I am finally making the time to do this hack, the links to the DIY instructions on both whiteson.org and brackenrig.net are dead. Drat! By chance, does anyone have a PDF or some type of backup of the step-by-step instructions that were posted? Many thanks to anyone who can help.
  2. Loren and azzar0, The kit does NOT include the storage bin. But if you already have the storage bin (or if you purchase one) the kit includes literally everything else you will need, INCLUDING the radio removal tools, wiring harness, direct form-fitted bolt-in speakers and mounts, zip ties, etc. I understand that the old speaker kits did not include the radio removal tools. I just received the speaker kit and installed it this Sunday afternoon. It was a fun project that was made exceptionally straightforward thanks to Bob Tindel's step-by-step instructions that can be found here:
