  1. Yes, thank you! Do you happen to have detailed instructions on how to replace that O2 sensor?
  2. I wish it was as easy as the fuse :( Fuse is in tact. What else do you recommend?
  3. Hello, I am in need of smogging my cayenne in order to register it and my check engine light just came on. The code I'm getting is P0030. After looking around most say it's the O2 sensor on the passenger side before the cat. I have 2 questions. Is this true? And does anyone know of detail instructions to replace it? Thanks in advance!
  4. Got my hose off using channel locks very carefully. Having trouble cutting the gasket. Any tricks? best tools?
  5. So i have been looking all over for a DIY version that matches my situation. I have seen all the articles on replacing the aos on older models that have the 10mm bolts. My car doesn't have those bolts. It looks like it can all be done from up top. When i look through the tire well i cannot see any hoses connected to the aos let alone the aos itself. I have removed the two 5mm hex screws from up top and the Y-hose and lower hose also. It's loose but I can't remove it. My guess is the accordian hose in the older models is also attached to this one but don't know how to get it off because i can't see it. Please help me if you have any insight. thanks
  6. Any idea where I can use a PST2 or PIWIS tester in Vegas for free? I know Porsche wants almost $200.
  7. Ok so here's the history, hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance. '03 BOXSTER TIPTRONIC 2.7L U.S. I was on the freeway one day and I lost power, lights came on, flashing tiptronic lights, and then car died. I found that the alternators regulator went out so I replaced the regulator. I made the mistake of turning the ignition on while the seats were unplugged and removed from the vehicle. The car seemed back to normal except the airbag light stays on. Does this mean the airbags won't work until it's reset and is there a way to reset the light for free? (That light bugs me, I'm always thinking... "My poor baby") Another recent issue. Since my alternator went out... While on the freeway sometimes after like 30 minutes, my tiptronic 4th gear light and the D (drive) light flash and don't usually stop until I shut off the car. I don't experience loss of power or anything just the lights flashing. Could this be caused from the alternator going out while on the freeway? Is it bad to continue driving? What can I do to fix the problem on a limited budget? THANKS SO MUCH GUYS! HOPE SOMEONE CAN GET ME SOME RELIEF.
