  1. I think your CDI box is going bad. This is a comon failure mode. They quit when getting up to temperature and re-start when you cycle the ignition after letting it cool down. Once this happens confirm whether you have no spark. If that is the case you can contact me at 3.6[at]cox.net - I rebuilt CDI boxes for a fee if you are interested. Cheers, Ingo
  2. I have a PST2 (on KTS500 basis) running V24. Everything works fine except the resistance measurement with the URI module. Once I activate resistance I get a Windows error message saying something about LABEL_63 and negative resistance. I bought another URI box and swapped the board into the PST2 because I suspected a hardware defect. However, the results are the same. I know that there are two hardware versions of the URI PCB out there. Apparently most of the PST2 had the earlier revision while the KTS500 at some point where switched over to the newer version. Does anyone have any insight into this? Cheers, Ingo
