  1. Hello! I also have a child seat bar and buckle in my 1998 Boxster that I want to remove. Did it re-activate the air bag automatically? Thanks for your help. Regards, Bill
  2. The passenger seat backrest adjustment is not functioning on my 1998 Boxster. There is a child saftety dactiviation bar installed (prior to my purchase of the vehicle) , but I thought it only deactivated the air bag system. Is there any connection between the deactiviation bar and the backrest adjustor? If not, is there a fuse that controls the backrest adjustment function? I apprciate your help with this...
