  1. My 2006 S temp and fan controls are peeling bad, too. Anybody found an acceptable fix yet?
  2. OK. Just got it to work. 1. Turn on ignition 2. Hold both the two outer buttons on Homelink to clear all codes (about 20 seconds) until LED begins to flash quickly, then release 3. Press button on Homelink that you want to program. Led will flash slowly. 4. Go to the front of the car. Aim your garage door remote at the front bumper just left of center. 5. While aiming at front bumper, Hold the garage door remote button until fog lights flash. 6. Press the Learn button on your garage door opener motor. 7. Go back inside car and press the Homelink button that your are programing twice. 8. That should do it.
  3. I'm having the same problem with a 2006 Boxster and Genie.
  4. I found "colour 23F" inside the fuel filler door. There is no "23F" listed in the MY06. After a little snooping around, it seems 23F, 22D, Q9 and 59 are all used for "Slate Grey Metallic" which is a Special Color at a $3070.00 additional cost. So I guess I have Slate Grey Metallic.
  5. Thanks for the tip. Looked inside the fuel filler door. The number on top of the sticker is "colour 23F". But I can't find a 23F color for a 2006 Boxster. Could I have something custom or special order? It's a metallic gray.
  6. Very good information. Thanks. I have one of the Grey's: Seal, Atlas or Slate. Wish I knew which. Where are you located? - maybe a member here or a Porsche Club member can help you ID the color. Jacksonville, FL. Perhaps Brumos would be a good resource. I'm actually at the Concours d'Elegance at Amelia Island. Some awesome Porsches here.
  7. Very good information. Thanks. I have one of the Grey's: Seal, Atlas or Slate. Wish I knew which.
  8. The numbers on the tire sticker are 987.701.287.54 They don't seem to match any of the paint code numbers.
  9. I just bought a 2006 Boxster S, 6 speed. There is not an identification label in the maintenance book and I can't find paint code or option list anywhere. I've looked under the hood and in the doors. Can anybody help?
