  1. I have not had by BT and Ipod fitted yet, but my porsche dealer advised I would lose the CD stacker but retain the single CD player in the dash.
  2. Thanks - I have sent them an email asking for international shipping info. You guys in the US have access to very cheap 911, tires and fuel!
  3. At the risk of starting a huge debate, I would like to ascertain what brand/type of tyres you are running on your 997.1. I have Michelins on at present, down under the replacement rears at about AUD$1000 a pop (or about US$920 :D ). Alternatively I can get Yokohama Avans for AUD$500 each. Any suggestions on types to avoid and ones we love. Regards Chris 2005 Blue 997.1 Carrera Coupe, Manual, RoW
  4. FYI: Meldung = Massage Steuergeraet = Control Unit I took my new 1995 C997.1 Manual in for a pre-purchase inspection and they did a W731 without even asking! The invoice reads W731 Campaign Engine Compartment Blower Termperature Guage warning light for engine compartment Deactivate speed setting 1 Collect the new beast in 2 days - can't wait. You are right, it´s german language
  5. My local dealer advises that such noise can be created by lack of use and the ingestion of dust. He suggested cleaing it thoroughly and then raising and lowering it manually and see that impact that makes. Chris
