I put in a Factory SSK and the part was about $2 - 300 or so and it cost $200 to have it installed. I am very happy with it, but $700 sounds like an awful lot of money for it.

muffler suggestions?

I just had the PSE hack done, using the directions from this site and am delighted. Sounds great, no drone and very reasonable cost. Just add a pipe from the cap on the stock muffler to the outlet pipe. I think it bypasses a set of baffles in the muffler. Thank you Renntech. -
I have the same car and went with the Alpine PDX-5. It fits on the little shelf in the trunk like it was made for it. I went with the AVIC-700bt, (got it off ebay, a refurb - after all these years of having good luck with refurbs, it caught up to me) kept the bose speakers. Am very happy with the results, except for the head unit (went kaput in a week).

Nakamichi makes great high end products. I haven't experienced thier automotive line but have been delighted and will vouch for home audio products. -

I have a 2004 C4S Cab and it has the Bose Radio. Am interested in a nice but reasonbly priced Nav system w/bluetooth. It does not look like there is much room for it, but would welcome suggestions and photos of installations. I know I said reasonbly priced, but I have no ideas what reasonably priced would be.
