  1. Quick update For you Loren... I have been changing the number by 2 to the code and have managed to unlock the radio. Took quite a few goes but I got it in the end. Many thanks for the help You're a star!
  2. Thanks for the reply, Before I had read your reply I decided to disconnect the battery again to see if what broke it might fix it and it did. After reconnecting the battery I tried the switch and it lowered the spoiler. Weird! If I have any further issues with it I will post back. Thanks for the thought!
  3. Try 5426 or 5424 If you have not already read this FAQ - please do so... Lost Radio Code - FAQ, PLEASE READ THIS FIRST "24/99 <---(What is this part about? Year of manufacture?)" - I believe that is week number and year of manufacture. Many thanks for the codes and reply but sadly neither worked. I double checked the SN I posted and its correct.
  4. I hope you can help me...and thanks in advance for this service. CR 22 Becker 1 BE4367X5015546 24/99 <---(What is this part about? Year of manufacture?)
  5. Hi Everyone, Couldn't find where to say hi so I'll post here....Hope it's OK? I have owned my 2001 Boxster S 986 35k otc for nearly 2 years and have enjoyed every minute of it too. Always a pleasure to drive and a quality built car. Up until the recent snowy weather we've had its been trouble free motoring but the lack of use has caused to much battery drain and I've had to discover the joys of opening the front luggage compartment the hard way ;) Pleased I've read up on how to do this and that my car came with the manual. A couple of problems I now have are the radio code which I will post in the appropriate board about and my rear spoiler, which is now fully raised all the time. Using the switch located on the fuse box has no effect and the fusebox cover isn't fouling the switch. Is there a reset switch for this? I'd hate to be seen by a clued up copper that knows these spoilers only raise when speeding :D  Any ideas on what to look at or suggestions of things to try would be very much appreciated... Thanks for reading Osc
