  1. Thanks for the advice - I'm going for the zing with a dash of bling.
  2. Are your new Russo's quiet? What brand/model of tire did you replace?
  3. I'm over the peeling after-market wheel paint that's now flaking off my stock wheels and now want someting better. 19" wheels look amazing but what do you give up using them over 18" wheels? And is ther sucha thing as a performance QUIET tire? Also, the after-market place is stacked with choices on wheels. What's the difference between a set for $2,000 vs $5,000. Are soem wheels really that much better than others?
  4. Thanks for you help on this. As the paint continues to peel, its become obvious that the peeling paintis not the factory paint. The paint on the wheels that is peeling was probably applied when the TechArt body cladding was installed and is not the factory paint. I clean the wheels with a sponge and very soft brush specifically made for cleaning wheels.
  5. I've got an 03 996tt with about 7k miles on it. The other day I noticed that the silver paint on both front stock 18" wheels had bubbled and peeled near the outer rim in a couple of places. The car has not been on the track nor driven or braked hard. Any idea why this is happening?
