I changed sensor with another that was working correctly, it would start out moving up and then would stop before it got to the correct temp. My car has the factory OBC, I have not changed it from F to C so I will try that when I get home. Unplugging and pluggin back in gives the same low reading with either sensor. This all started last fall when I took the bumper off to clean the radiators and forgot to unplug the sensor. As I walked away from the car with the bumper cover it tugged back at me as the sensor unhooked itself from the grill. I looked it over and it appeared to have no damage, it just doesn't work properly anymore. tom

Are they supposed to be? I've never had one that was, including current stable, Lexus.& BMW ,& Boxster (I assume). Regards, PK Mine are dead-on- Porsche, Ford and Mercedes. Rental cars from Avis are pretty accurate too. Mine is in F but it reads about 20 degrees colder then it really is.

My outside temp readout is not correct. I have replaced the sensor/probe in the right front grill. Is there a way to re-calibrate something inorder to make it work correctly? I have a 2003 986 S. thanks.. B)

I am looking to purchase a Cayenne S 2006 with miles less then 20k. Would this be a better purchase then a 2004 Cayenne Turbo with about 40k miles? Any suggestions on either one and what are the most recomended opitions that you would want. Thanks :cheers:

I just added Hella Air Horns to my 2003 Boxster S. They fit just like in Toll Pants photo's except you need to angle them so they clear the center radiator. Sound is loud but I am having trouble getting the wire out of the 21 pin connector. Does anyone know where I can get a pin removal tool or what size I need?. My local dealer does not stock tools. thanks :cheers:
