  1. it looks like this post is long gone, because you cant get a word back from this guy. so my questions is does anyone else know how to make these speaker boxes cause im really interested in making them or if the price is right buying them
  2. haha something simply over looked (: thanks for all the input guys!
  3. so turns out we pull out the coil pack with closer inspection has some tiny cracks on it so i garbed and extra one that was good, also i pulled the plug out to look at it and turns out one side was bent! So i bought a new one and now the car is smooth as silk!
  4. so if im looking at the car from under the lift at the passenger side coils its the one furthest to the rear correct
  5. when i have some free time maybe tomorrow im going to swap all of them to the other side and see what happens, also which one is cly 3? i dont know the firing order
  6. i checked all the connections there all nice and tight, no corrosion either i have a feeling that its something we did when we fixed the timing or a vacuum leek somewhere but thats just me
  7. Misfire, Emission related, signal implausible cly 1-6 is the only code i got after doing to work to my MY99 boxster The plan for the day was replace the sensor and adjust the the timing for code P1324 as well as new oil with a filter. * note * huge performance gains with the car by fixing this problem now theirs a new problem my car may run like it never has before i have the code P1315 i have checked the spark plugs there all in good condition i got them new about 3 weeks ago and i changed 2 coil packs on the passenger side still have the same code and problem which is cold start really rough ideal and slight pop/ back fire, car warms up and it stops but still slight rough idle. any pointers
  8. 4, 5, 6 or (bank 2 ) witch side is this the pass or drivers side? Because i have the same problem
  9. Long story short, MY99 changed my tip transmission with another trans from a blown engine. noticed a big difference in power and shifting. only one problem, between 2500 rpms to 3000 when it shifts from second to third there a loud bang. key notes* new trans need to be serviced REALLY soon i have a weak motor mount Has anyone had a problem like this before that can point me in the right direction??
  10. i got the adapters and everything is working and sounds amazing. i messed up and switched a wire so my radio doesn't have any memory when i turn it off, its annoying having to set my stations. im going to be doing that tomorrow when im back from school. I have an amp, what do i do when i want to install a new one is there an adapter for that or will i have to run separate speaker wires.
  11. well i originality bought it from best buy. will the kit give me the opportunity to expand to an after market Amp and Sub later on?
  12. I have look around for help on how to install my new Pioneer DEH-33HD (My linkI took out my old factory radio with the melted buttons off and started looking at the diagram for the new radio and one for the wiring harness i found online but none of that seems to help. My question is can anyone direct me in the right direction to installing this head unit 1999 Porsche boxster factory amp dash and door speakers
