RennTech.org Forums → Tutorials → 986 (Boxster) DIY → Boxster (986) - Common Fixes and Repairs → Manual Front Trunk Cable I've spent a of time time looking through all the forums to see if there is anyway to open my front trunk without trying to find the release cable (I've tried to find it). Someone told me that i should be able to put a 9V battery against one of the fuses to get the access that I need. Is this folklore or can anyone help Is there a better option :)
