What am I missing to get the TSB's open?

Hi guys, I want to try and retrofit heated seats into my car utilizing the stock switch for a factory look. The switch has 4 tabs, can someone provide insight on what each tab is (left to right)? Thanks!

Hi everyone! I too have just purchased my 1st porsche. I've wanted one since I was 12 years old and the 959 was released. Who knew that my 1st would be a truck! For my Wife!! To carry our 1st Child!!! Life is crazy. I can't wait to start adding some personal touches. 1st step is Sirius and an ipod interface.
