  1. Check this out: The LCD screen looks sharp! I am wondering if the liquid crystal gets stuck under cold temp.
  2. It happened to my 05 v6 before. Took them several months to fix it. They replaced the rear comfort module and reset the computer at last.
  3. The new key has separate buttons for opening and closing of the doors.Porsche one button remote key is one of the most annoying things on my CTT Totally Agree!
  4. Some module messed up. It needs to be reprogrammed. I will tell you what exactly it is when the Porsche dealership faxes me the paper work for the recent repair.
  5. The mileage depends on your driving style. Sometimes, I even see 550 miles after refuel, and if I do 100MPH+ for an hour or so, it gives only 290 miles with a full tank of gas.
  6. OK, what they finally told me was that Porsche changed the audio cable to fiber optic since the 2005 Cayenne models.
  7. Get a Turbo S. The turbo is so loaded that it well worths the money.
  8. It was determined to be a faulty alarm horn which the dealer is replacing now.
  9. All right, I drove it out just now, and when I got off and tried to lock it, it was blinking again. I was sure that I did press the right button.... I think I might just kick it away as a lemon and get a Cayenne S then
  10. I accidentally pressed the little red panic button on my remote the other days, and I didn't realized it. It sent the vehicle blinking the cornering signal lights without screaming. I thought it was something wrong with the lock, because it has been quite tough to lock/unlock the car, well, truck, since they replaced one of the original remotes. I was just out curious if my father has taken the truck out tonight, so I pressed the panic button just to check if it's still in the garage. I didn't hear anything, but I didn't believe it. After running down the stairs, oh crap, it was winking on me... Silent... Looks like the service guy will see me around again next week... :-( I have been tired to bring the baby pepper in every 500 miles... sigh.............
  11. MSRP on a Cayenne Turbo cluster is $1792.21 (as of February 2006). I'm sure Porsche Parts at Dealer Cost (see link above) can get you one for much less. You got the part #?
  12. Sorry... He said, "You will also notice that your milage should be at 0.0 for new clusters or whoever's previous milage was on it, if you bought it used."
  13. I don't really think so. Take a look at the milage. Associate that number with something what hcheun said, you will understand what it is.
  14. Super! My mouth is watering...... Can you please also let me know the part # of the unit?
