  1. I've begun to notice on startup that my left chimney seems to be smoking a bit. Now I'm not sure whether I've begun to get paranoid because I've noticed it and now think its doing it more simply because I've noticed it.... or whether this is actually quite common and normal for my C4S to burn the odd drop of oil on startup? Many thanks in advance
  2. When i took off the memory seat panel i found the wiring had come unplugged so it was a simple fix. Lets hope it holds!
  3. Thanks. The relay was showing a bit of water damage. Have cleaned it up and now it's working.
  4. I think the relay for my heated rear screen has given up the ghost. It is a 2002 C4S and recently the heated rear screen button won't switch off. It doesn't really switch on either and nor does it heat the screen. The light glows a dull orange and only switches off once I've removed the keys from the ignition and locked the car. The other day when I first noticed it I could hear a relay clicking even though I hadn't touched the switch. Any ideas or advice would be gratefully received! Thank you!
  5. I have a 2002 996 C4S and the memory seats don't work. The electric motors in the seats work to adjust the seat but if you follow the instruction manual to reset/clear/programme the memory buttons or keys nothing happens. Can anyone suggest what I should look at to address the issues of the memory panel essentially not working? Many thanks in advance
