Ruf Autocentre is close to the Addison airport on Commander St. They do non-Ruf work on Porsche and other imports. Great shop. They did nice work on my 2001 TT. Call and ask for Hans. Chip

I finally got around to fixing the warts with a Ruf front end. Much more than I intended to spend. Oh well. Chip

I'm new to the forum and have reviewed a ton of threads but haven't found this topic yet. If it's a repeat I apologize. I have a 2001 996 TT. It is an early 2001 and has the front bumper warts. I'm not crazy about the idea of replacing the entire front of the car and would like to be able to remove the warts and leave the factory front in place. A couple of places I've asked say there's no way to repair the gaping holes the removed bumpers leave - at least no way to make it look good. A new front is the only real option. Has anyone else successfully removed warts and kept the original factory bumper? Thanks, Chip
