  1. That's a great price, I saw one on eBay for 200$ as well. Can you share your mechanics details, you can pm me the address.
  2. My issue is solved. I got an used DME from Ebay for U$200 and paid $200 for coding. The mechanic did the job he works in Porsche dealer so he really knows what he is doing and fix it wit with the PIWIS for coding the used DME to the car.
  3. I am in a similar situation and I am looking into options. Local indie is suggesting to replace the DME and just the DME part is costing me 1700$. WHat is the typical cost of replacing and coding the DME?
  4. Try JPEuro in garland tx, he is professional and works on appointment only. I have 04 cayenne S that I bought recently and I am in middle of fixing things one by one. There is one mechanic who owns a small shop, he is at intersection of spring creek and independence in Plano. He does a free diagnostics and nice guy to exchange ideas and to figure what needs to be done. He would not charge for diagnostics, so you have nothing to loose to get an experts opinion.
  5. I recently bought a 04 Cayenne S and they came with 18" OEM wheels style 67263 and they have a offset of 57mm and are 8" wide as per specs, they had quite a few scratches. I found another clean 18" OEM wheels style # 67402 and they have a offset of 53mm and are 8" wide as well. Will I face any problems if I go with new 53mm wheels instead of 57mm offset wheels? Is it better to have to bigger offset or smaller offset for same size wheels? I have both one and I need to get rid of one of them ASAP. Please help.
