Steering Wheel Question

Anybody know if I can put a tip wheel in my 6-speed and use the buttons to adjust the radio volume or change CD tracks? :drive:

2 of our local Boxster owners replaced their 4 spoke steering wheels with 3 spoke tip wheels. They have manual transmissions but the found good deals on ebay and the wheels were for a tip. We did the trip computer/OBC retrofit and used the shift buttons for the trip computer.

The problem with trying to use the buttons to control radio functions is that the Becker radio is not set up to do this. There is nothing on the radio for a remote function. Jeff

I remember reading a thread somewhere of someone who did just that...Check on Rennlist.com I think (it was a while ago...).
