H and R Coilover Help!

A guy on the for sale forum has a set of HR Coilovers for sale with the strut assem's, gt3 sway bars and adj drop links for the front and rear. My car is an 01 Cab. I installed Cham[pion Springs only with the factory shocks to lower the car for looks. The ride does not bother me but the rear sits a good quarter of an inch lower than the front. Is that Normal? I really hate that look. I would like the car to have more of a rake where the front is a little lower than the rear.. So my questions are.

1. Will I be able to acheive a lower front than rear with these coilovers?

2. Will the ride be harsher than Springs Only on Factory Shocks?
