3.4 turbo conversion

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm new here and pretty new to the whole Porsche world and I'm interested in taking an early boxster and converting it to a turbocharged 6sp 3.4L. I have seen the 3.4L swaps but I have yet to see anyone turbocharge one. I just want to run a moderate 5-6pounds of boost because I don't know how much the tranny will take. I figure I can get 350hp or so.

What does everyone think? Are their any intake manifolds for the 3.4 that will take 5 pounds? Can anyone help me find an engine?

Thanks,

Drew

Do you know where they are at? I would love to go down and take a look at what they have in person.
