IPD Intake Plenum for '99 996

I'm considering installing an IPD intake plenum on my 1999 996. They promise 30 hp from this bolt-on mod. Anyone have any experience or advice on this?

An NA 996...ah....no. Maybe some on a turbo, but minimal IMHO.

i had the IPD plenum installed two weeks ago. i can hear a difference in the intake sound and feel a difference in the seat-of-the-pants dyno. but, i doubt *seriously* it's making 30 HP. however, you have the 3.4L engine and they claim more gains for your car than mine.

I have the plenum on my 99 996 3.4. I love it. There was another member with the plenum who posted some dyno results. His results were max of 20hp in the 4500 to 6500 rpm range. Only about 10hp on the low end.
