Rear spoiler problem

one time I was raising the spoiler up and down manually then it just stop working . I was trying to get it to the right hight but for the same reason the spoiler got stuck. when you push the manual but nothing happen no sound . I also switched relay 3 and 9 but nothing happen too. I have no idea were to look . i hear some of the guys got it to go down but hocking up a 12 battery to the motor or something but I have not idea where that is . If some one could tell me the process in detail that would be great

up position is 1 touch but U have to hold the down button until the spoiler comes down all the way.

with the ignition on, I would try listen to 2 relays (clicking noise)in the rear trunk while the footwell switch is being activated .

Sounds like U have a faulty spoiler motor.
