Can anyone tell me if the PCM3 will be retrofittable to earlier model cayennes.I have a Cayenne Turbo 08 with PCM2 which really sucks.

PS any more info on PCM3

I don't know for a fact that it will work, but I would imagine that it will be possible if you're willing to shell out the cash. I know some people have gone from PCM 2.0 to PCM 2.1, and I think the conversion is $4 - $5K.

It is not possible to replace PCM 2 or 2.1 by PCM 3. It is even not possible to replace or retrofit PCM 3 Low by PCM 3 High, look out if you order a new car !

I went to the dealership yesterday to ask questions about the PCM 3.0 version.

The sales person showed me a 2009 Cayenne that had the new PCM.

Looks really nice - but to be honest I liked the Navigation software the best.

Do you know if you can install the new navigation software to the PCM2.1 system?
