How to remove the seat belt height adjustment plastic thingy

Hi there! This is for a 2002 carrera.... I have my yellow seat belts coming soon and I need to know if there's a trick to remove that plastic part (you know the one that sits on the "B" pillar that you press to move the seat belt anchor point up and down) I need it to expose the screw/bolt so I can take out the old belt...

No, it's clipped in there, just pull it off.
