Sunglass Compartment Release Button

Recommended Posts

If its just popped off its not broken, just a bad design.

Mine does it once a year, you can fix it. Once you figure it out once its easy

hard to explain tho

CS 04

I've accidentially broken the release button for the sunglasses compartment. Does anyone know how easy is it to repair or can share a diagram that would help.

thanks

Unfortunately, the glasses' rim got wedged on the release button - I needed to push hard to open. In doing, not only did the button drop out but also some black plastic bits. At the moment the button is push back in to keep the compartment shut but it's not functional.

I guess a replacement button or a new compartment or leave it "as is" - any help in this area.

Thanks

A replacement button is your only choice then. You may find it quite cheap as its always been a bad design
