Three quick 996 questions

First, can anyone tell me what this bracket is supposed to be secured to? It's just hanging loose on this hose, and I can't figure out where it was supposed to be secured.

Second, does this hose coming out of what I believe is part of the idle-run-on system supposed to connect to anything or is it just a vent hose? It's just hanging there, and I can't find anything that looks like it would attach to it.

And last, but not least, does anyone know a source for the little metal retaining clip that hold the IAC wiring on? I lost mine, and my Porsche dealer cannot figure out a part number to order one. I've been using a twist tie, but my searching has led me nowhere. The closest thing I can find are retaining clips for old car door handle and window regulators.
