Door handle courtesy lights

I have two courtesy pinhole lights inside the the door handle panel, they seem to have gone off and no longer work. Just before they stoppped working the passenger window would not raise after it dropped the 1/2 inch when the door handle is pulled, until I open and shut door again.

Anyone have this happen to them?

There are a couple of microswitches on the inner door latch assemblys that can fail and cause issues similar to what you are experiencing. i think they can all be replaced without replacing the entire latch assy. you will need to remove the inner door panel and remove the latch assy. to replace the switches.
