Help to program my Homelink to Genie Intellicode

I can't program my new CS's Homelink to my Genie garage door opener. It is a 2 years old Genie Intellicode garage door opener. I had no problem with my other cars' homelink except the new CS. I reset (erase) both the garage door opener receiver & the CS Homelink transmitter but still not able to get it to work. I checked the manual and it seems no different to program as the other cars. The CS works with other brand garage with dip switch remote but just can't work the the Genie Intellicode. I tried both garage doors and the problem is not the garage door opener. Do you guys have any problem with Genie Intellicode? Any trick? or time to the dealer? Thanks for any help
