A PCM1 Sim Card question

Recommended Posts

Hi one and all,,,,, i'm trying to get hold of a Phone Sim for PCM1 my qusetion is.... Is the Chip on all old Style sim cards in the same place.. They have some cards with the chip in the middle, some with the chip at one edge and some have the chip that can removed, to make a mini sim... I live in the U.K and was wondering where the Chip was in you Sim card for PCM 1 many thanks to you all ......

As Karl says, just get a p&g SIM, and leave it in the full size card. O2 and Vodafone work, as they still operate the old 900Mhz GSM network. Other suppliers like Tesco, Asda, and BT Mobile also work, as they use the O2 and Voda networks. Later PCM uses both 900 and 1800MHz networks, which is why there is a lot more choice of SIMs..
